CENTRALBATAM.CO.ID, BINTAN–The Regional Employee Board (BKD) of Bintan Regency ultimatum to the entire of Civil Servants (PNS) for coming back to their office on Monday 11th July 2016.
The Heads of BKD, Irma Anisa said, if there is an government employee who found truant, especially PNS will be subject to additional income withholding allowances based on the workload each day. As for the personnel office or employee Variable (PTT) will be given a written warning to termination letters.
“Tomorrow, we will execute employees’ absentee. If found there any employees who are truant will we wear strict sanctions,” said Irma Annisa on Sunday 10th July 2016.
Strict sanctions are applied specifically for PNS is based to letter the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform on June 27th, 2016. In additional followed up to the publication of an appeal Bintan Regent that confirmed for those employees who are absent from their work without explanation from 1st to 11th July 2016, granted additional allowances cutting measures income based on the workload by 10 percent every day.
She added, so in order to avoid the sanctions, are called upon to all employees who works in Bintan regency environment to come to work according to a set schedule. Especially when the collective leave no single employee requesting leave to BKD, ensuring 100 percent of employees present to follow some of the annual event after the Eid.
“I have made a letter to Mr. Dalmasri (Bintan’s Vice Regent) that there’s no employee who ask for leave their office. Must 100 percent of employees have to present to follow along morning flag ceremony? There is no excuse for truancy,” she confirmed.
“We asked the department heads to do attendance also to its employees. Then the attendance report should send it into my office. And I will continue to regent (Apri Sujadi),” Lid.
