CENTRALBATAM.CO.ID, BINTAN –As reported by straitstimes.com on 20th November 2016, “A Singaporean man died from cardiac arrest at the Bintan Reebok Spartan Race on Saturday (Nov 19), according to a Mediacorp report on Sunday,”wrote by straitstimes.com.
In additional its wrote “Medical personnel performed emergency resuscitation on Mr Syed after he was found unconscious, Mediacorp According to a statement. They conveyed him via ambulance to Hospital Raja Ahmad Thabib Tanjungpinang, the local hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 7.25pm. Doctors established the cause of death as cardiac arrest,”
Meanwhile according to the local Doctor of RSUD Ahmad Thabib, Yusmanedi told the real chronology Syed was Death before arrived in RSUP.
“Syed was death in Lagoi bay, and i don’t know why Lagoi bay should send him (Syed) in my Hospital,” said Yusmanedi to Centralbatam.co.id on 22nd November 2016.
Explaining the chronology, at 17.35 pm before Syed taken to hospitals, he received a call from Lagoi bay asking Syed referring to RSUP.
18:30 pm, it again received confirmation of clinicians in Lagoi who tells the patient had been sent using an ambulance to the Hospital. Five minutes later, it was reported that the patient was on his way to the ER.
Then at 19:00 pm, Syed has arrived at the department with the conditions of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), first aid measures in people suffering from respiratory failure. However, despite being in a state of CPR, patient monitoring devices not equipped as they arrive. Infused line was also released and has been incubated.
From a series of chronological side note, Yusmanedi said Syed obviously already died before arriving at hospital.
